An urban park in Foley Square which is home to an all year ’round farmers’ market, Thomas Paine Park features in the opening shots of The Other Woman, where Mark and Carly are shown to be happily in love. In real life, Thomas Paine Park is a small triangular park which is to be found in Lower Manhattan. The area is known for its year ’round farmers’ market selling all kinds of fresh and seasonal produce.

Yet another scene in which Carly and her boyfriend are shown to be happily in love and enjoying a nice day out is at Conservatory Water in the heart of Central Park. In this scene, Carly operates one of the toy boats on the lake, an activity which you can partake in real life if you wish to when visiting.

The James Hotel

In yet another scene where Carly and her boyfriend are shown to be in love, the duo are seen on the rooftop terrace of The James Hotel enjoying a romantic dinner. Visit New York today and this mid-town boutique hotel is fairly well-reviewed and is a four-star establishment offering air conditioned rooms, Wi-Fi and close proximity to many Manhattan attractions. 

The Monkey Bar

In the scene featuring The Monkey Bar, Carly meets with her father and the two catch up over drinks. A chic and swanky eatery, the bar featured fine dining in Midtown Manhattan surrounded by plush decor. As of 2021, the bar is now permanently closed.

Stone Street Tavern

In a scene in which Kate and Carly discuss how Mark is two-timing both women, the backdrop is that of Stone Street Tavern. This well-reviewed drinking venue can be found close to Battery Park and is known for its friendly service serving various Gastro-pub meals.

Westhampton Beach, New York

One of the most memorable scenes of the film is when Kate and Carly discover that Mark has been cheating on them with yet another woman. The character of Amber is played by Kate Upton and it is on a beach in Westhampton that Kate and Carly spy Amber for the first time.

When the three women get to know each other, it’s where they all live in New York City. Carly, Kate, and Amber walk through Central Park in the heart of New York City, and specifically The Mall area of the park. This leafy walkway leads towards Bethesda Terrace and runs through the middle of the park from 66th to 72nd street.

Isola Trattoria & Crudo Bar

Situated in SoHo, the three women, who are now fast friends, head to the incredibly chic Isola Trattoria & Crudo Bar to celebrate. Today, the bar is known as NoMo Kitchen and can be found within the NoMo Hotel. The menu features farm-to-table New American cuisine & cocktails set against the backdrop of a luxurious fairytale like dining room which draws its inspiration from the 1946 film La Belle et la Bete.
